In the two years that I have been using Herbalife products, I have had some significant result. I have suffered joint pain in my knees for approximately 12 months. I was advised by my Doctor to take Glucosamine. I have taken it as directed, changing the strength of the tablets in an effort to obtain relief from the constant pain, unfortunately in the whole time I took the tablets I felt no relief.

My name is Margaret and I am 57 years of age.
When I found Herbalife, over 4 years ago, I was looking for a business opportunity but I was also overweight (82kilos), had high blood pressure (200/120) and suffered badly from hot flushes. I was also on an anti-inflammatory and painkillers for an auto-immune disease. I had been trying to lose weight on and off for thirty years so I went on all the products and lost 18 kilos in 20 weeks. My energy levels improved tremendously, the hot flushes stopped and I sleep much better thanks to taking Tang Kuei. Over time my blood pressure came down and I came off all my other medications. I had Allergy and Sinus problems for over 10 years but after being on the Herbalife nutrition for 2 years and 9 months, my Allergies disappeared and I can now breathe without nasal sprays!!! Two years ago I decided to work on my fitness and strength so I went to a Personal Trainer. I have been going to my trainer three times a week ever since and loving it. I also take a walking group with the Heart Foundation two afternoons a week. I do Pilates, Fit Boxing and play tennis. In August this year I decided to enter the Pan Pacific Masters Games, (which would be held in November) in Indoor Rowing. I wanted to enter the Womens 50 to 59 years Light Weight division so with some extra training I lost a further 6 kilos so I was now 58 kilos and quite fit and strong.
I did find with the extra training I was doing that I started to get some pain in my hip and leg but when Joint Support Complex came to Australia I immediately started on the product and the pain went away.
I am very proud of my achievement as I won Silver medals in the 2000mtrs and the Points (overall placings) and Bronze medals in the 500mtrs and the 1000mtrs. I also did personal best times in all events. How different my life is now and how much younger I feel by using the Herbalife Nutrition every day and doing Exercise and Strength training. I will continue with my regime and look forward to the next Masters Games.

“Over 9 kilos gone in just 5 weeks!”
I have always had trouble with my weight ... always feeling fat, frumpy, having to wear clothes that fitted in the waist but the crotch was baggy around my knees. I was Body Building 5 to 6 days per week, cycling 300 to 400 kilometres per week, I was involved in competition squash, aerobic instructing & more. Symptoms of Chron's Disease Lessening.
"I contracted chron's disease 15 years ago. I have had 2 operations to remove bowel. I have also been on a lot of medication including painkillers. I always suffer from bad diarrhoea which scares me to go to the shopping centre or anywhere were they don't have public toilets. Sometimes I don't eat before I leave the house. That way I don't have to go to the toilet out side the house, l tried immuran and lometal medicine to stop the diarrhoea but it failed. Until I ended up with Panadeine forte for the diarrhoea. It worked but I'm not happy taking it and it's not safe for long term conditions. I'm also on medication called prednisone and methrotacs to control my chron's disease, Panadeine Forte for the diarrhoea and vitamin B12 injections. I lost weight due to my sickness. Recently I was reading the newspaper looking for a job opportunity. I found an add called 'Herbalife work from home' so I rang Pauline and asked her to get me started.
She came and visited me and went through my sickness with open mind, open ears and a open heart and spending her time with me until I fully understood and she tried to get me the best taste of shake because I was fussy. I have been on the Herbalife products for around 3-4 weeks. It's giving me an excellent result. I have put on 3 kg in in those weeks. I have also decreased the Panadeine Forte from what I usually used to take, between 6 or 8 tablets a day, but now I have dropped to 3 or 4 a day. And I'm aiming to stop it in a couple of weeks time and I might stop all my medication with Herbalife products by my side.

The first improvement that I noticed after commencing with the products was the stamina increase. I was working long hours in a muffin shop and found that I could get through the day with greater ease. People noticed pretty quickly as the weight started to move and one friend commented that she could actually see my cheek bones!
It took seven months to lose 22 kg, and I have maintained this weight for the same time frame. I now fit into a size 32" pants (which is less than I was 18 years old). Best of all, I can keep up with our three-year old son and I am being a good role model for my family.

Before Herbalife, I was severely depressed, overweight, tired and had honestly given up on the chance of better health and life. After the loss of our baby Saijon when I was 6 months pregnant I had multiple health problems that resorted to being on morphine based pain killers. These conditions where, excess weight gain due to being extremely depressed, Irritable Bowel Syndrome which led to severe abdominal pain along with a history of endometriosis which for years had been a problem. Because I had gained weight so quickly it lead to strain on my lower spine. I began to think that this was it and to get by on a daily basis I would have to be popping pills. I started with Herbalife after my daughter lost 25 post-baby pounds in one month! I was "morbidly obese" (FAT) and had tried EVERYTHING to lose my weight. My health was horrible and I felt horrible about myself. It was embarassing to not be able to fit into restaurant booths and then to be stared at when we ate out like I didn't deserve to eat anything. To have to use the larger handicap restrooms because I didn't fit into the regular ones. I hated not being able to take bubble baths anymore because I didn't fit into my bathtub so could only take showers. My husband is a bio-chemist specializing in nutriceuticals. Being cynical after having spent so much money on many other diet programs, I did my due-diligence in checking out this Herbalife company. My husband checked out the product ingredients. We were impressed with the company's structure and my husband said that the nutritional profiles were the best he's seen!

I really was unwell and had been for some time. Been to doctors, specialists and they could not tell me why I was so exhausted all the time. I had fluctuating blood pressure, which they could not control with medication, rash constantly appearing everywhere and of course my weight continually increased. I really was at the end of my tether and started to get really upset with myself. I started using the Herbalife products and within a couple of weeks started to feel a bit better having more energy, losing weight and feeling good. After being on the products for 5 months I'd lost 18kg and when I went back to the doctor my blood pressure was regulated again and the medication was working. This “adventure” started toward the end of February 2001 when unfortunately (or fortunately, whichever side of the mirror your looking from) I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I had been sick for almost two months with no diagnosis.
A few weeks in hospital gives you a lot of time to think. Walking and talking were difficult, as well as the ability to feed and bathe myself. Keeping my balance to put my trousers or my shoes on was impossible. At the same time, I had also given up smoking. Together with the nicotine withdrawal, I was worried about gaining more weight. I am not a small built person to begin with!
I had several weeks to lay in my hospital bed and ponder my future. My main thought was where or how am I going to make a living and support my family. This became my priority when I came home from hospital. I knew that I would not return to my job as a Motor Mechanic. I started to look in the newspaper for part time work I could do from home. My limited mobility together with my MS symptoms, which were still quite severe at that stage, did not offer me a lot of options.
I enquired about a few ads and I then came across Work @ Home. What impressed me was the fact I could virtually do everything on my computer whilst sitting in my dining room. My first contact was with Lorraine Suckling. I immediately felt confident with Lorraine as she showed genuine concern. Lorraine researched and sent me Testimonials from people who also suffered from MS. My wife could also see the benefits. All of a sudden I was motivated and enthusiastic. So, in for a penny in for a pound, we joined!
To my surprise, when our pack arrived, it was like Christmas, Thermo tea, Aloe and Formula’s everywhere (which one to open first, what do I take, how do I take it) who cares, let’s get started!
After the third day, I could already feel a difference. I FELT GREAT!! I began to leap out of bed every morning instead of sleeping until lunchtime. I woke up feeling alive. I had more energy than ever before. That’s about the same time my wife started leaving me a “to do” list every day!
This, I thought, were the first steps to recovery. For anyone who knows about MS, you would know about the second-daily injections of Betaferon and the side-effects. I often thought the side-effects were worse than the MS symptoms. When I started on Betaferon, I would spend every second day in bed, unable to lift my head from the pillow. These symptoms seem to be dissipating quicker than expected since taking the products. Also, the skin reaction to the injection also improved with the use of Aloe Gel. Also, the MS symptoms are getting better. My fatigue has been reduced dramatically.
It has now been 4 years since my diagnosis. I am leaping out of bed every day. I have lost over 35kg. My wife is also using the products and getting great results. She has lost 3 kg and a total of 10cm. I was concerned about my weight gain when I gave up smoking. Thanks to these fabulous products that has not happened. I have not felt this great in years (and my wife has to keep buying me smaller shorts!). Unfortunately there is no cure for MS but with Herbalife, my quality of life has drastically improved. Being diagnosed with MS started a new chapter in my life but I thank goodness that I discovered Herbalife.

"I can't begin to thank you enough for what you guys (and Herbalife) have done for me. After not being able to consume any dairy products for the last three years I'm amazed at how these products handled the situation in less than three weeks.
